Earth Day is Our B-Earth Day!

in Green Building News

earth in grass It’s true! Build that Green officially began on Earth Day in 2008.
And I’m in the mood to celebrate….

By the way, how are birthdays handled at your work?  Does someone bring in a cake or something for you if its your birthday?

When I worked in Norway, the birthday person themselves brought in a cake to celebrate.

At first I thought that strange.  Later… I decided that approach was infinitely better.

Why?

Well you brought exactly the cake or pie or whatever YOU liked!  And isn’t it YOUR day to be happy after all?!

Speaking of happy….This year to celebrate our 2nd Birthday, I have two valuable gifts for you….

  • Gift 1: Sign up in the box to the right and you’ll immediately receive a valuable publication called “Sneaky Solar Strategies That Pay Over and Over”.

It is packed full of energy saving – comfort giving – health rendering home remodeling strategies.

  • Gift 2: Anyone who gets “Sneaky Solar Strategies” during the next 24-hours beginning 11:59am ET 22 April 2010, will also receive some wild flower seeds by mail!

We’ll select something beautiful that you can plant either in your yard or in containers.  They’ll make colorful bouquets or naturalized beds all summer long.

This is one time when you don’t want to be fashionably late because quantities are limited.

Besides, I’d like nothing more than to know you enjoyed yourself for our B-Earth day celebration!

Kind Regards,

Kim
Chief Sustainability Officer

Someone asked if we were 2, then why not give seeds for two days instead of just one? [Nothing like calling ME out!] Okaaay fine, but just until noon, April 24, 2010. If you sign up between now and then, I’ll send you a party favor too!
BTW – Thanks to everybody who has joined in so far. :-)
